DeBere is a private investment office, investing in and building owner-operated businesses and platforms both independently and in partnership with our strong investment partners. DeBere acts as a co-investor alongside venture capital funds in successive funding rounds of carefully identified operating companies. Our approach is to invest along with the first institutional money, and then make follow-on investments through the growth of the company and assist with M&A and exit planning. The team has a combined track record of making successful direct investments, and DeBere is in the process of establishing a fund to make direct investments.
